1: Your dress rental includes: 

 

• Dress

• Garment bag & hanger

• Cleaning and steaming of the dress

• Optional Karen Millen Shoe & Bag Package

2. The dress will be available for pick-up on the first day of the agreed upon rental period.

​

3. Once rented you are responsible for taking care of the item(s), therefore treat with care and respect so they can be reloved again.

​

4. A refundable £100 security deposit is due at the same time of payment prior to pick-up.

​

5. Payments are accepted through EFT (electronic funds transfer), credit card, apple pay, shop pay, cash.

​

6. A fitting room is available to try on dress(es) prior to pick up or rental of a dress.

​

7. A dress rental must be returned within the rental period or a £10/day charge will be deducted from the £100 deposit.

​

8. All dress rentals must be picked up at the below address and returned to the same location unless an agreement has been made to ship and return your dress via our reliable shipping method. Please see more information in our Collection & Returns page.

9. When the dress is returned it must include the following;

10. Rental cancellations must be made (7) days prior to the rental period to receive a full refund.

​

11. The £100 security deposit will be refunded in the same form of payment once the dress has been returned in an *acceptable condition.
