All of our dresses are £0 to hire.

 

We simply ask for a refundable deposit at the time of hire. This helps ensure our dresses are cared for and returned in excellent condition, so they can continue their journey and be ready for the next young lady to feel confident and fabulous on her special day.

 

From this deposit, the cost of dry cleaning and any alterations or repairs (if required) will be deducted.

 

The remaining balance of the deposit will be returned via bank transfer, and receipts will always be provided for full transparency.

 

To help you understand how your deposit is used, below is a guide to typical costs. These may vary depending on the dress style and condition when returned:

 

• Dry cleaning: usually £15–£30

• Minor alterations (e.g. straps taken up, small adjustments): £10–£25

• Repairs (e.g. small tears, zip issues): costed individually if required

 

Most dresses only require standard dry cleaning. Alterations or repairs are only charged if needed, and all costs are kept as low as possible.

 

Any unused portion of the deposit will be returned promptly by bank transfer, with receipts provided.
